We're located ~1 mile east of the Point Breeze recreational area of Orleans County (Kent, NY) on a spacious acre with 100' wide beach on Lake Ontario. The 1,200 SF ground floor apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests with plenty of off-street parking. Amenities include:
